Did you make it to the Stitch & Craft show last weekend? I was there for Saturday and Sunday and had a wonderful time. My highlights? Seeing the gorgeous goodies on the Scrapbook Theatre from Do Crafts and Rico, Shimelle's polka dot tablecloths, pizza and a gossip with Anne, meeting the loveliest subscribers in the world, the shopping (I spent a lot), my gaudy efforts at scrapbooking on Sunday morning, sharing my bow-making techniques and lots lots more. It was my third year at the show and I have to say, it was my favourite by far.
Unfortunately, my photos are mostly pretty bad - I swore I'd take loads and then spent too much time chatting and not enough time snapping.

This is the only photo I took of the actual tables at the Scrapbook Theatre and it doesn't do it justice. We had a dinky printer and camera from Canon and the team were merrily taking photos and printing them out for everyone who wanted to play. We had wonderful embellishments and papers from Rico and all sorts of goodies from Do Crafts.

The Pink Ladies Linda and Lyndsey made layouts that coordinated with their outfits - fabulous!

Shirley Toogood who spent Sunday with me on the Future Publishing stand. She's a gem - and the most patient woman I know (at one point she tried to teach me and a visitor to the show how to crochet - I managed to make a big knot, but Shirley was exceptionally patient with me!)

Jessie has been to the show before (in fact, somewhere I have a photo of her looking very mini indeed, but I can't find it right now) and is one of the cutest scrappers I've ever met.
So, high-fives to everyone who helped out, came along, joined in, said hi, made a layout and kept me calm. It was wonderful and I'll see you next year!
